"Club Council have received a number of comments from members stating they are unable to get on the tee sheet and who in their opinion the reason for this was because other members are putting "with guest" on the start sheet but who then do not have any guests with them? Club Council discussed this at length at last night's Council meeting and are now implementing the following policy: Any club member that books a tee time and adds in "with guest" must call the pro shop as soon as possible and give the professional the names of their guests. If you need to remove a guests name then again the pro-shop or office can do this for you. A final reminder also: You are only permitted 12 guests in a year at the reduced rate and the same guest cannot play more than once a month. The professional has a book in the shop and all names will be recorded for the records and once the new club diaries arrive the back page of this will also contain the names of your guests. This policy is to ensure the optimum amount of tee times are made available to club members" Gerard Flannigan Secretary
